Ciprico, Inc. (CPCI: NASDAQ) is a leading provider of open platform, disk-based storage solutions for today’s data-intensive business-essential and high-performance digital media applications. Since its inception in 1978, Ciprico has led the way in industry-leading innovations drive the evolution of storage.

Our products are uniquely designed to meet the needs of our customers. For over 25 years, we have been the number one choice for high bandwidth applications, such as film and video production; animation and special effects; medical imaging PACS; and military Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) data capture.

More recently, we have added storage solutions that are specifically designed to meet the needs of small-to-medium business (SMB) applications that are essential to the operations of their business, such as email servers, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) databases. By working closely with our customers to better understand their unique needs, we’ve tailored our technologies to eliminate complexity and provide very specific application, not just storage, improvements.

Today, Ciprico is more than just disk arrays and hardware RAID solutions. We have expanded our offerings to include preeminent software, common to all our products; industry-leading array performance; Web-enabled, easy-to-use interfaces; enhanced features like Accelerated Drive Teaming™ (XDT), bandwidth management, and storage quotas; and improved interoperability between all our products. Company Milestones

2004: Introducing industry’s first serial ATA product with Accelerated Drive Teaming™ (XDT) for business essential applications, FibreSTORE® 2212A – ideal for business essential applications (i.e., e-mail, CRM, ERP) for small-to-medium businesses

2003: Introducing Ciprico’s first serial ATA NAS product, DiMeda 1700, combining the performance of ATA technology with the real-time file-sharing capabilities of the DiMeda family - ideal for high-definition video editing applications (release in December, 2003)

2003: Introducing Ciprico’s next generation TALON disk array, TALON 2211, with 2 Gb/second performance and improved Web management interface for both military and commercial applications (release in September, 2003)

2003: Introducing Ciprico’s next generation NAS product, DiMeda 3600 (release in September, 2003)

2002: Introduced the TALON product family with the TALON 1000, the first disk array to have a ruggedized, removable drive pack, ideal for military surveillance and reconnaissance applications

2002: Introduced the DiMeda product family with the DiMeda 2400, Ciprico’s first Network Attached Storage (NAS) products with real-time file-sharing for non-linear editing, medical PACS, and military imaging applications

2002: Introduced fourth generation FibreSTORE 2210, Ciprico 2Gb/ second, Fibre-2-Fibre controller with multiple LUN support

2001: Introduced NETArray, Ciprico’s first RAID 5 product

2000: Introduced third generation FibreSTORE 1109, Ciprico's first Fibre-2-Fibre disk array with dual controllers (active-active configuration), hot swappable components, scalability up to 100 drives, and RAID 4

1997: Introduced second generation FibreSTORE 6500, Ciprico's first SCSI-2-ATA disk array

1996: Introduced first product in the new FibreSTORE product family, FibreSTORE 7000, Ciprico's first Fibre Channel attached disk array

1994: Introduced Rimfire 6900, Ciprico's first SCSI2 attached disk array

1993: Introduced Rimfire 6700, Ciprico's first SCSI-2-SCSI attached disk array

1990: Introduced Ciprico’s first disk array, Rimfire 6600, the first and only successful 32 bit SCSI attached disk array
