Ciprico RAIDCore controllers and RAIDCore software combine to create cost effective RAID storage solutions. Two separate versions of the controllers are now available, the 5100/5200 series with either 4 or 8 SAS/SATA II ports or the 5400 series with 4 or 16 SAS/SATA II ports. Both controller families utilize the award wining RAIDCore software and have similar feature function.

Note: 5100/5200 family and 5400 family cannot operate in the same system. In order to use the controller spanning feature to create larger arrays utilizing just Ciprico, the same family of products must be used. You cannot span an array across the controller families.
